To get started, click here. Enter your email address before clicking Next. At that point, eTrain@etrain-cu.com (eTrain-CU.com) will immediately email you with a link to activate your set up. Once you click on that link a window will open and display your unique username and password. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF BOTH FOR IMMIDIATE ACCESS. Please login and complete your set up process by adding your contact information. At this point you may also edit your password and/or username under the account details area.
What You Will Find on the Home Page
Now that you have logged in, lets cover what appears on the home page. In addition to My Account appearing on the top tool bar, you can click on Anytime Archives to see a list of archived releases or Upcoming Events to see a list of upcoming release. When you scroll down the home page to the Topics area, you can click on a topic to see a list of both archived releases and upcoming releases in that topic category.
Checking Out
Once you have filled your cart, click on the cart icon on the top tool bar, click View cart where you see that button (near top of page) or click Checkout. Once you proceed to checkout you will be asked to enter your billing details and provide payment information. At the bottom of the page, click place order.
Receipt and Fulfillment emails
Every order placed will be emailed a receipt confirmation of order. For Anytime Archive programs, you will also receive a fulfilment email that includes the viewing link, handout link(s), and quiz link if appropriate, moments after placing your order. If you placed an order for an upcoming release, you would get the receipt confirmation email, and the fulfilment email will be sent on its release date. All emails will be sent from eTrain@etrain-cu.com.
Forwarding Fulfillment emails
If you forward any fulfillment emails to others, they too will need to login or create a login when they go to view the release. Therefore, if you wish to create a login for yourself, you can go place orders for any releases and then forward those fulfillment emails. For example: Bob orders a program, then forwards the fulfillment email to Mary. When Mary tries to view it, she will be required to login. This forced login, allows eTrain to provide proof of each individual who viewed a program as well as how long they viewed it.
